Do Crystal Bracelets Really Work?

The Role of Energy in Healing and Balance

You might have heard people talk about energy and healing. But what does that actually mean? Energy healing is about balancing the energy around your body. This energy is called the biofield, and it’s invisible. Methods like Reiki and acupuncture aim to balance this energy to improve health. Some studies show energy healing can create spiritual experiences.

These experiences can bring clarity and help with personal struggles. Researchers reviewed 27 studies with over 3,000 people. Thirteen of these studies showed strong results, proving energy healing can help. Crystal bracelets aren’t officially part of these methods, but many think they work similarly by affecting your energy.

How Crystals Interact with the Body’s Energy Field

Crystals are interesting because they may connect with your energy. Some research says crystals can affect electromagnetic signals in your body. For example magnetite in your brain reacts to weak electromagnetic fields. Also, calcite crystals in your pineal gland can send signals and turn movement into electrical energy.
